Tuition & Fees
Family Application Fee: $100 per family (new families only)
New families – those who have not registered with Cross Creek during the previous year -
are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable Family Application Fee. If your child is not
accepted as a student at Cross Creek, this fee will not be refunded.
Yearly Registration Fee:
· Before May 1st: $100 per student; (Family Cap of $300)
· May 1st – July 30th: $150 first student , $100 each additional (Family Cap $350)
· After July 30th: $150 first student; $125 each additional student (family cap of $400)
· After July 30th : $200 for existing students; $150 New students (family cap $600)
Technology Fee:
· $50.00 per Family per year
University-Style Class Fees:
· K5 Graduation Fee: $50
· 6th Grade Graduation Fee: $30
· Junior Audit Fee: $75
· Senior Audit Fee: $75
· Senior Fee: An additional High School Senior Graduation Fee of $150 is applied for 12th graders regardless if you participate in the graduation ceremony.
· Homeschool Reporting Fee Per Child: $30
Books:
Parents of Cross Creek students will order books for their students. Order information will be provided. Books should be ordered with enough time for the students to have the needed material by the first day of school. If your student begins classes without the required books, a copy charge of .15 cents per page will be charged.
Materials/Class Fees:
Classes require an additional materials fee. These fees help cover the cost of photo copies and miscellaneous
project materials for the class. These fees are listed in the course descriptions.

University Style Class Tuition and Fees

A formal enrollment/tuition contract must be completed and signed before the first day of class can be attended. Upon signing the contract, the parents or legal guardian(s) are responsible for the full payment of the tuition for each course for the entire academic year (please see the drop/add policy outlined in the Policy Manual).

Tuition
Late Fees/Returned Check Fee
A late fee of $25 is assessed for outstanding balances received after the 10th of each month. Returned payments due to closed accounts or insufficient funds will be assessed a $35 fee.

- Tuition for University Style classes may be paid in full or by entering into a tuition payment plan specified on the Tuition and Enrollment Contract.
- Multi-child Discount: A 5% total tuition discount will be given for the second and each additional child of the same family for students taking four or more classes.
- Cash Discount: A 4% tuition discount will be given to accounts paid in full by August 1 (only applies to University-Style Classes)
- Books: Cross Creek will have the books necessary for your student’s classes available for purchase. You will be able to pick them up on Parent Night.

Tuition
- Preschool:
- Full-Day Program: $2,400.00
- K5 – 6th grades: $500 per class hour for the academic year (NOTE: The two-hour Language Arts class is billed as two class hours)
- 7th-12th: $540 per class hour ; $780 for one and half hour classes (Typically the lab science courses)
